All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, a 100% credit will be issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a Return. In such cases please follow our Return Policies & Procedures.
Return Policies & Procedures
A return must be requested within 30 days of the order date. Veethree will pay the return freight ONLY for the following reasons:
Veethree shipping error
Product found defective on Arrival
Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns.
Returned products must be unused, resalable and in their original packaging.
We will refund you the amount of the original order (minus shipping) when we receive your return.
Local taxes (Customers out of New Zealand)
All local taxes and import levies – sales tax, GST, VAT, Custom duties, etc will have to be paid by the customer.
