As a manufacturer with a capacity to deliver over six million units annually, Veethree had to build an effective process to utilize time and resources smartly. We realise the fact that consistency is the key to any manufacturing process and have thus included sufficient automated processes to maintain the symmetry with all of our standardised 5000 part numbers.

Although we have a skilled workforce that we affirm are collectively the heart of our organisation, we put a lot of emphasis on mechanised processes to fool proof our products because we want to make sure we are supplying our customers with exactly what they need consistently.

We are aware of the fact that automation is in fact the true future of manufacturing and assembly lines, therefore we have a range of automated processes revolutionising auto feed screwdrivers with torque controlled tightening and temperature controlled soldering stations. In addition to these, we also have an in house machine shop, press fitting, anti fog coating shop - which is imperative for marine gauges, and injection moulding shop to assist us in optimising our line. All these are supported by an in house tool room. We are always on the lookout to upgrade our manufacturing technology so as to bring the best we can to the table.
